ReFUNDs AnD ExCHANgES

I allow returns on my cast ear/horn designs and jewelry within 5 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back to me within 14 days to receive a refund on the item only. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges that may occur unless a mistake has been made by OmniFeral. Items that are not returned in it's original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

All headdresses, candles, art and sale items are final sale.

Returns on costume items are NOT allowed between the months of September - November. All Halloween sales are final!
